Mustang Sally’s Cook
We are looking for seasoned line cooks who are hardworking and able to be on their feet for long periods of time. You must have experience working quickly and efficiently under pressure while making sure orders get out in a timely and presentable manner. Mustang Sally’s cooks prepare large quantities of food using fryers and flat-top grill. Other responsibilities will include food prep, stocking, maintaining a clean workstation, and opening/closing the kitchen properly. The kitchen is open so maintaining a clean station and a friendly, professional demeanor is necessary.
Mustang Sally’s Server
Servers provide our guests with a fun, family atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages kindly and efficiently. Mustang Sally’s is a fast-paced environment; remaining calm in stressful situations, multi-tasking, and being a team player are necessary. Other responsibilities for our servers include stocking server station, busing tables, fulfilling opening/closing lists, and helping with other duties as needed. Experience with Micros POS is preferred.
